Our guestroom is let on a daily basis. The price is 35 € per day for single occupancy or 45 € per day for double occupancy. No extra charges for cleaning etc.
For a short stay of just one day there is an extra charge of 25%.
If you should stay for more than one week there is a discount of 10%.
If you should stay for more than two weeks there is a discount of 20%.
Payment is due upon arrival in cash (sorry, no cards). A down payment of 25% of the all round price has to be paid in advance upon reservation using PayPal or by direct money transfer. Your reservation is binding as soon as we receive the payment. Your down payment will not be refunded if you should cancel your reservation on short notice (less than one week prior to the scheduled arrival).
The room is available for guests from 2 pm and has to be vacated on the day of departure not later than 11 am.
Tenants will be held liable for any damage of furnishing or facilities. Compensation for damages has to be paid immediately in cash.
